Brief Program Summary
For students seeking a career in the entertainment industry, one of the most important things he/she can do is network. The CTVA Living Learning Community brings together students of all CTVA disciplines to live together in an environment designed to support an education in the arts. This is a residential community exclusively for CTVA and Pre CTVA students. As a member of this community students have the opportunity to participate in exciting new programs and projects that are exclusive to those CTVA/Pre-CTVA students living on campus. The community features amenities, possible projects, classes and community services that are designed to both truly enhance an education in Cinema Television Arts and be a lot of fun. Advantages for students living in this community include: The Pre-CTVA Pilot Program: Pre-CTVA students may take classes and receive extra academic support designed to help select a major in CTVA. Upper Class students in the community are encouraged to provide additional information and support to incoming Pre-CTVA students. There are also special events, programs and gatherings as well as additional technological advantages for CTVA students. Finally, there are CTVA/Pre-CTVA classes in housing classrooms where students living in housing have the opportunity to enroll in CTVA courses.
