Brief Program Summary
Our goal is to develop quality young men and women to be future leaders in the US Air Force. The LLC is student led by Juniors and Seniors to help build in the Freshmen and Sophomores the core values of integrity, service before self and excellence in all we do.

The Role of Leadership Development
They start off as freshman as followers and earn different leadership roles throughout their Baylor career, that could lead to running the entire AFROTC student body which is about 140 people right now. They hold a different position each semester. Everyone will hold a leadership position at least one semester. The wing is completely student led, with faculty advisement.

All studies start with the basics of the Air Force, History of Air Force, Leadership and Defense studies to eventually commission in the US Air Force as a 2nd Lieutenant.
