Brief Program Summary
The residential College System at Murray State University embodies the collegiate living and learning experience. Elizabeth College is one of eight individual Colleges, each of which reflects the entire community. Each college is self-governing and composed of undergraduate and graduate students - both resident and nonresident - as well as faculty and staff.

Greatest Challenges for this Learning Community:
The faculty are resistant to change. There has been a great reluctance, especially by senior faculty, to support this program because of an apparent fear that "academics" shouldn't mis with "student affairs." We are working very hard on this aspect.
